Ghosts is a series about Beirut. It's a love letter to its citizens, who were erased by their own government having lost all their money in the banking crisis that has plagued the country since 2019. They barely survive, unable to live to make ends meet. They try to enjoy life, but there is always a sadness lingering, a fear of tomorrow, a shadow looming. Their lives taken from them, they wander like ghosts.
